The NL East Leading Marlins will be welcoming the Giants to town.
That's right, the moment of celebrating the sweep is over. The Marlins have work to do.
Olsen is the Marlins best starter game in and game out this season. Unfortunately in his last five starts he only received eight runs of support. Hopefully the bats will decide to make an appearance today and help Ollie out. He probably needs to be limited to right at 100 pitches. But if everything is going well, Ollie can get to the eighth in 100 pitches.
Zito, there is no stinkin' way he is going to lose every game this season, so with any luck, we will get him out of town before he rights the ship. In his last start he had some control problems and ended up walking 6 in 5 innings. The Giants don't tend to score runs when he on the hill so it could end up being a low scoring game. But with Zito on the mound, we are going to learn whether the Marlins can hit a 12 to 6 curveball. Zito is a lefty so expect Cody in center today.
Ichthyomancy is so happy it is Friday and can't wait for your picks. Good Luck!
