The Marlins local TV schedule is announced

Once again, you won't get to see all of the 162 games via cable.

FSN Florida and Sun Sports will combine to televise 150 Marlins regular season games, including 75 in high definition.

FSN Florida is the exclusive regional television home of the Marlins. All games will be produced by FSN Florida, with 100 airing on FSN Florida. The other 50 will air on the FSN Florida sister station, Sun Sports.

FSN Florida will air the Florida Marlins Season Preview, hosted by Minervini, on March 17 at 2 p.m.

The first Marlins' game being televised is the season opener, set for March 31 against the Mets at Dolphin Stadium.

In other words, none of the Spring Training games will be televised.

In addition to the 150 game schedule, you will be able to see (assuming you live in South Florida) INSIDE THE MARLINS.

Nine half-hour episodes of FSN's popular INSIDE THE MARLINS are planned this year and will include player profiles, with rare behind-the-scenes stories and interviews, plus episodes offering inside access to other aspects of the team and its operations.

Here is the television schedule of the Marlins games that will be on cable.

It is really that much to ask that every game is carried on television?  Apparently it is.
