Various awards for the 2007 season were bestowed on some of the Marlins players.
Shortstop Hanley Ramirez was named Marlins Most Valuable Player by the South Florida chapter of the Baseball Writers Association of America.
Gregg was named most improved, right-hander Matt Lindstrom top rookie and catcher Matt Treanor won the Charlie Hough Good Guy award for fostering the best relationship with the media.
