Open Thread and Ichthyomancy: Nationals at Marlins (9/10)

Hopefully the Marlins will return the favor that the Nationals bestowed on them when the Fish went for a recent visit to Washington.

The Marlins starting pitcher is Scott Olsen.

The Nationals plan to counter with Shawn Hill.

Game time is 7:05 p.m.

Olsen will be pitching on seven days rest and will probably be throwing hard.  They may be good or may be bad.  It's good if he has command of his pitches and bad if he doesn't.  We will just have to see.  Olsen normally does his best work at night and at home.

Hill throws a lot of strikes and rarely walks anyone.  That's fine since the Marlins don't take many walks but like swinging away.  Hill is normally easier to hit when he is on the road and lefties generally have the best luck against him.

Ichthyomancy is front and center.  The home standing picks will be added later tonight.

Here's today's Ichthyomancy pick table:
