The Marlins will finish up their road trip in "The 'Nati" with three games against the Reds.
The Marlins starting pitcher is Dontrelle Willis.
The Reds plan to trot out Aaron Harang to the hill
Game time is 7:10 p.m.
Willis has pitched well recently allowing 3 ER or less in 4 of his last 5 starts. He biggest nemesis, recently, has been the long ball. Dontrelle gave up 2 home runs in each of his last two starts. Willis has some excellent numbers when pitching in Great American Ball Park, which I refuse to cite for jinx reasons.
Harang is one of the top strikeout pitchers in the game today. He throws mainly fast balls and sliders with a few curve balls and change ups mixed in. If he is missing his spots and leaving the ball out over the plate, he can be tagged. But that doesn't happen often.
Great American Ball Park is a bandbox, so even with two excellent pitchers on the hill, the offenses could dominate. Or maybe not, we will see.
