Our road warriors are finally back home, following a road trip that seemed to take for ever. The Marlins will welcoming the Rockies to town, but unfortunately that have been pretty hot of late.
The Marlins starting pitcher is Scott Olsen.
The Rockies plan to trot out to the mound, Aaron Cook.
Game time is 7:05 p.m.
Olsen had a bit of a rough outing last time he started but most of that was due to one bad inning and the offense not showing up. He is a much better pitcher at home and during night games and today's game is both.
Cook is a sinkerball pitcher who in his last three start was excellent. He has more trouble with right-handed hitters for some reason. The bad news is that the Rockies tend to score a lot of runs when he is on the mound.
