Last night FishStripes made a play for the FSN suite and for a while we were in the lead with our $2,000 bid.
After, maybe, a couple of innings we were outbid at $2,500, At this point I was trying to decide just how high we could go. I finally came up with a pain threshold of $3,000 but I wasn't going to make this bid until the very end of the auction.
The item went up to $2,800 and stayed there for most of the night and it was looking good. Unfortunately, someone else had the same plan and bid $3,200 right at end which was above the pain threshold.
Oh well, we tried and there is always next year.
