Cabrera is day to day

As you probably know by now, Cabrera sustained an injury in last night's game.

Marlins third baseman Miguel Cabrera left Tuesday night's game against the Braves with a right hamstring injury.
Florida manager Fredi Gonzalez said he would give Cabrera the day off on Wednesday, when the Marlins conclude their four-game series in Atlanta. That will give Cabrera two days of rest, because Florida is off on Thursday.

Cabrera reached first on a single to start the seventh, then he tried to walk off an apparent injury. He stayed in the game and moved to third on a double by Josh Willingham, then immediately was replaced by pinch-runner Jason Wood.

Don't be too surprised if the club sits him until Tuesday.  When the Marlins get back to South Florida their first opponent will be the Devil Rays.  Not that the D-Rays are a team to be taken lightly but it could afford a good chance to help him fully recover.

While he is out, if only for today, I would expect that Boone will play third and Wood will get the call to handle first.
