This more FYI than anything else, but Kim will be in the bullpen for a little while.
Adding Johnson to the rotation, coupled with an off-day on Thursday, means the Marlins won't need a fifth starter until June 30. Byung-Hyun Kim, now the fifth starter, will work out of the bullpen until he is slotted back into the rotation.
Scott Olsen, who started Sunday, also will pitch on Friday in the series opener with the Twins at Dolphin Stadium.
I just hope that doesn't mean Treanor is on the shelf also.
