In case you didn't notice it when he gave up the gopher ball last night, Lee Gardner has rejoined the club. He was called up to take Henry Owens' spot on the roster. And hopefully his next few outings will go a whole lot better than his most recent one.

The Marlins claimed left-hander Chris Seddon from the Devil Rays and optioned him to Carolina.
Seddon is a lefty but he was probably only picked up in order to give more pitching depth in the minors.
