Julio recalled

To fill Anibal's slot on the 25-man roster the Marlins, for some reason I can't fathom, recalled Jorge Julio.

Jorge Julio, who started the season as the Marlins' closer, replaced Sanchez on the roster. Wes Obermueller will take Sanchez's spot in the rotation Tuesday against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Julio (0-2, 19.06) was placed on the disabled list April 18 with a right calf sprain. He has thrown on rehab assignments for Class A Jupiter this week. He said everything from his mechanics to his outlook was messed up during his rough start.

"I feel right now like a new Julio," the right-hander said.

Henry Owens will remain the closer until Julio proves he can help the team.

"We want (Julio) to close at some point, but it's a tough pressure cooker to run him back out there in a one-run game," Gonzalez said. "We've got to choose our spots."

I glad Julio is feeling better but the team sent down Sanchez cause he throws too many pitches off the plate and they bring up Julio?  You have got to be kidding me.

But that is not the worse part, the worse part is: "We want (Julio) to close at some point".  Why?  Are we winning too many games with Owens closing and the team needs to position itself so it can get the first pick in the draft next year?  Jeeze!
