Lowe did something special

According to the Elias Sprots Bureau, Inc., Derek Lowe did something that hasn't been done in almost three years.

The Marlins beat the Dodgers 3-0 on Josh Willingham's three-run, game-ending home run off Derek Lowe. Lowe is only the second starting pitcher in the past three seasons to allow a walkoff homer. The Yankees' Chien-Ming Wang did that June 18, 2006, when Washington's Ryan Zimmerman took him deep. The last Dodgers starter to surrender a game-ending dinger was Mike Morgan, on April, 30, 1991, to the Expos' Delino DeShields.

Congratulations Derek!
