The Marlins will be hosting the Brewers in tonight's contest. Last season the Fish owned the Brew Crew going 7-0 against them. That kind of success probably won't continue since Milwaukee has grown into a team with excellent potential. Still, no matter how well the Brewers have progressed, I'm expecting the Marlins to win their third series in-a-row.
The Marlins starting pitcher is Anibal Sanchez.
The Brewers will send former Cardinal, Jeff Suppan to the hill.
Game time is 7:05 p.m.
Both pitchers are looking for their first win of the season.
Sanchez has, historically, been pretty tough on the Brewers. In fact, he has struck out 13 of the 50 hitters he has faced.
Suppan has never lost at JRS, tonight would be a good night to correct that.
Oh, Ramiez, Willingham and Olivo probably won't play today. They all want to, particularly after seeing how well the bench players filled in for them. But I'm sure Fredi will reassure them that taking another day off won't put their jobs in jeopardy. Assuming Olivo doesn't start, he will be the emergency catcher.
