Segovia is making his Major League debut. He is a righty and is filling in for Freddy Garcia who is rehabbing. After checking the prospect books, they say he throws his fast ball in the upper 80s. His fast ball is of the cutter variety and his ability to locate it is his strength. His slider and curve are average at best and he has been known to hang both.
