Anibal has only faced the Phillies once in his career and that didn't go so well. In fact he was his worst start in his career to date. The Phillies aren't the major concern tonight, but his hamstring is. Anibal left his last outing due to a "cramping" hamstring and he will bear watching for two obvious reasons: the team can't afford to lose another starter and he needs to eat some innings, if possible.
Garcia is new to the National League coming the Phillies from the White Sox. While it is true he came up through the Houston organization before being traded to Seattle for Randy Johnson, he never pitched in the majors as an Astro. This will be his first career start against the Fish.
