Dontrelle left Houston Early

Besides being a good move on his part so he didn't have to see the game.  It also allowed him to get some extra rest and tend to his expectant wife.

The Marlins sent home Dontrelle Willis early Tuesday for a couple of reasons. He is starting tonight's series opener against the Mets and the team wasn't scheduled to arrive from Houston until about 3 a.m.

In addition, Willis' wife, Natalie, is due to deliver the couple's first child before month's end. Willis thought she went into labor early and nearly left the team Monday, but it was a false alarm.

I hope the baby holds off its introduction into the world for at least another day, but if it chooses not do so: so be it, the Marlins will make do.
