No Game Today

Actually, to be more specific, the Marlins aren't playing today.  However, there are games today, Major League baseball officially fires up the season with two games on the schedule.  San Francisco visits the A's at 4:05 and St. Louis hosts the Mets, in a rematch of last season's NLCS teams, at 8:05 on ESPN 2.

And that is all well and good but if you are hoping to see the Marlins in action, and you happen to be in the D.C. area, the team will be working out today in RFK from 1-2 p.m.  I have no idea whether it is open to the public or not.  But if I had to guess, I would guess it will be a closed workout, but you never know.

Anyway, this is an open thread, as always, feel free to discuss anything that comes to mind.
