Nolasco in the AFL

A quick update on Ricky's progress in the AFL.

Ricky Nolasco pitched four innings of no-hit ball Wednesday for the Saguaros of the AFL.

He struck out four and walked one. The AFL's most experienced player has a 3.05 ERA and an 18/4 K/BB ratio in 20 2/3 innings to date. He's proving that he's healthy after missing much of 2007 with elbow troubles.

He will still need to work on arm strength but his results, so far, look promising.
