Post spent four years as a Northwest and Florida area scout for the Marlins.
In case you don't know what a crosschecker is, if a scout identifies what he/she believes is a prospect, a crosschecker is dispatched to verify the information. The position carries more responsibility than just being a scout.
What does this mean to you? It means that the Marlins have an opening in the scouting department. Now, all you have to do is convince Stan Meeks you are the right person for the job.
