There is really not much to say beyond the title.

All that means is if Olivo's suspension is upheld he will serve it out at the start of next season. Since I doubt Olivo will be back as member of the Marlins, this means next to nothing to us.
But for Olivo it could be costly. I don't know who will pay his fine, whether the Marlins will pick it up or maybe his new club or whether he will have to foot the bill along with losing what could be five days of his salary.
In case you didn't know, when a player is fined the player rarely pays. Normally the club pays the fine for him.
