Some time this morning Joe's wife, Kim, will give birth to their new baby girl.
Joe Girardi will be with his wife, Kim, who is expecting their third child, when she is induced this morning.
Of course, being manager of a team in the middle of the wild-card chase, Girardi has plans for the evening as well - to be at the game.
"We've been fortunate that the deliveries have been quick and we don't expect anything different," Girardi said. "If she has the baby and everything's fine, I'll be here tomorrow (tonight). And then I'll just keep going back and forth."
