Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Alvarez will pitch his vision for a countywide wireless Internet system at a town hall meeting tonight at Miami Senior High.
Residents will have a chance to talk about the plan, which is in the beginning phases of what Alvarez hopes will be a two-year process.
