Before I go on with my usual lame preview, I would like to thank HadMatter on his Rally Beer Run to bring the victory home. I am sure Marlins fans everywhere appreciate his great sacrifice in order to secure a win for our favorite team.
Now, to the lame preview.
The Marlins are in the desert tonight to face the Diamond Backs.
The Marlins starting pitcher is Josh Johnson. Arizona will send to the hill Livan Hernandez.
Game time is 9:40 p.m.
Johnson had his worse outing of the year, as a starter, in his last contest.
Hernandez is making his debut for the Diamond Backs. He has faced the Fish twice this season and in both of his starts he has allowed 7 runs in each of the game. The disturbing aspect of this recent history is that the Fish only won one of those starts.
Ichthyomancy is front and center.
Here's today's Ichthyomancy pick table:
|Colombo||22,062||Johnson||Fish R=2x Dbacks R|
|Double B||23,451||Johnson||Marlins blow lead in 9th|
|Dr F||28,990||Cabrera||Marlin Goes Pool|
|Fishfan||26,000||Uggla||Johnson IP ≥ 8 innings|
|Fluxuation||31,345||Johnson||Marlins: 6+ ER off Herndanez|
|Hoboken||29,884||Cabrera||Marlins: 3 E|
