With 18 days to go until San Antonio's self-imposed deadline, the Marlins haven't called.
Bexar (San Antonio) County Judge Nelson Wolff said he has not spoken to the Marlins in the 11 days since he set a May 15 deadline for the team to accept his offer to ask voters to extend a hotel and car rental tax to pay for a stadium.
''Every day that goes by, I think there is less and less of a chance of getting anything done,'' Wolff told The San Antonio Express-News.
This basically confirms the fact: the Marlins will not be relocating to San Antonio.
I am not going to write an eulogy yet. But it doesn't look good for the Alamo City.
