The Marlins broke out the hitting sticks to defeat the Mets.
Unfortunately I jinxed Ligtenberg who gave up his first runs of the spring. Aaron Heilman didn't pitch for the Mets instead the New York team started Jose Lima. Lima lasted two innings giving up 5 earned runs.
Several of the young Marlins had a good day at the plate.
