Florida Marlins pitcher Dontrelle Willis and his fiancée, Natalee Vitagliano, have bought a waterfront home at 16446 NE 32nd Ave. in North Miami Beach for $2,650,000, or $506 per square foot. The home, built in 2005, has seven bedrooms and 6 ½ bathrooms and comprises 5,234 square feet of living area. The lot size for the two-story home in the Eastern Shores subdivision is 8,800 square feet.
So, if you are visiting South Florida and need a place to stay, along with a police record for trespassing, look no further than Dontrelle's house. And after North Miami Beach's finest take you away, you will get to stay in a tax payer subsidized housing for a few nights. Unfortunately, this can be quite expensive.
Come to think of it, Motel 6 may be a better option.
