Open Thread and Ichthyomancy: Marlins at Braves (9/25)

The Fish have seven games left to play and they're 8 games behind the Braves in the East. That means the Fish aren't going to win their first division title this year.

There's still hope of winning the Wild Card, but it would take some help from the Astros and Phillies, as well as a healthy win streak from the Fish.

Today the Marlins will start A.J. Burnett, likely for the last or second to last time. He'll be opposed by Jorge Sosa, who's 13-3 with a 2.45 ERA. Each time Sosa takes the hill, the Rays must wonder. Wonder if he'd have done the same in Tampa. Wonder what the Braves magic formula is.
