Over at Minor League Ball, John Sickels has started a cool new feature where the career of a highly touted prospect is projected.
Sickels posted a projection for the Marlins own Jeremy Hermida yesterday. The projections call for Hermida to play for the Fish through 2010. After that he'll move on to Boston and eventually to Atlanta. For his career they have him hitting nearly 300 homers and averaging .276 at the plate. You can check it all out here.
Check it out and add to the discussion over there. And if you don't have a Minor League Ball account already, you should really think about setting one up. It's a great site and there's a lot of great content over there.
