Open Thread and Ichthyomancy: Marlins at Angels (6/18)

It's very fortunate for me that today's game is a day game. I have a big first date tonight, and the last thing a guy like me can afford is to be distracted from a pretty girl by a baseball game. With Dontrelle on the hill, I might have been in trouble if today's game was a night game.

Look for Dontrelle's mom in the crowd today. She's in Southern California this weekend with the Marlins and will be in attendance today. As you probably know, she doesn't usually watch Dontrelle's starts on television, because she gets too nervous. I'm sure the Fox folks will try to talk to her today.

And now I will whine: no one adds themselves to my guest map (check out the button at the bottom of the "Links" section on the right - I'm having trouble linking to it). You should think about it. It's free, it's fun, and I won't spam you or anything.

In ichthyomancy, I have to take Willis. The crowd, limited by the early start, will be 38,850.
