Somehow I missed this - and don't have my TiVo set appropriately - but the Canes - Tar Heels baseball game starts at 4 PM today (who starts a baseball game at 4 in the afternoon on a weekday?).
If you're able to catch it, it should be a great game. Miami will start Cesar Carillo (who has not only never lost in college, the Canes have never lost a game that he's appeared in) and North Carolina will start Andrew Miller (who is 7 - 0 with a 1.10 ERA). They are arguably the two top pitchers in college baseball this year.
While I won't be able to watch the Canes game today, it does free me up to watch the Marlins game (Beckett vs. Heilman) tonight unconflicted - well, at least until the White Sox come on at eight (I want to see the green seats).
