Game Four 8:33 - White Sox (Garcia) at Astros (Backe) -- White Sox lead series 3-0
My guess is that tonight's game will start a little later than even the time listed above, due to the unveiling of the Latino Legends team. My expectations are high for this. MLB made quite a showing of the All-Century team a few years back. The scene with Ted Williams on the field at the Boston All-Star game was really memorable. Hopefully we'll get something equally moving and memorable tonight.
Tonight's game is filled with tension on a lot of levels. The Astros' backs are against the wall. This is literally a must-win game for them. It's win-or-go-home-time.
For fans who are unattached to one team or the other, it's time to become an Astros fan. If the Astros can't win tonight, the offseason begins with the final out. It's still a long time until pitchers and catchers report.
The only downside to the World Series is that Tim McCarver, who is an awful announcer, is a part of it. If you think he is too, you might like this site.
As always, the playoffs wouldn't be the same without ichthyomancy (if you haven't been playing but would like to start, feel free to start now - we'll just add your name to the table):
