Open Thread and Ichthyomancy: Cardinals at Marlins (7/16)

The Marlins will be welcoming the St. Louis Cardinals to town tonight for a three-game set.  But that doesn't mean the trend busting needs to stop, it is time to get Kim his first win at JRS this season.

The Marlins starting pitcher is Byung-Hyun Kim.

The Cardinals have on tap Braden Looper.

Game time is 7:05 p.m.

Kim pitched well in his last two starts allowing only 3 runs in 12.2 innings.  Historically he has had some trouble with the Cardinals.  Well, to be more precise, he has had some problems with Pujols.  But I think that could be said about most NL pitchers.

You remember Looper, he was on the 2003 Marlins team.  The Cardinals made him a starter and he will be making his first start ever at JRS.  Looper tends to do fairly well in the early innings but the third time through the order he frequently falls apart.

Oh, I forgot to mention that the Incredible Hurk is going to be recalled to start tomorrow's game.

Ichthyomancy is up and running.

Here's today's Ichthyomancy pick table:
