Today is Draft Day
Since the amateur draft is today and I would like the post to hang around for a while, we have this diary post.
The draft starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m.
Since I will be at work when the draft takes place, if you could monitor and report who the Marlins have selected in the comments, it would be much appreciated. Any information you can find out about them would also be helpful. If you can't do either, no big deal.
The draft will be televised, for the first time, on ESPN 2. If you can't watch the broadcast but have access to the internet, probably the best place to follow it is MLB Draft Central.
Just click away and then onto the Draft Tracker and you should be in business.
Like I said, any help is appreciated. If you can't, don't worry about it, I will take care of it later.
