Pinto up, Vargas down, KMart back!?!?!

Well holy crap part duex. Renyel Pinto has been having an outstanding season for the Topes so far but the worrisome thing with Pinto has always been the walks and this season is no different. He had 26 walks in 43.1 innings pitched. At one point this year he had about 18 walks in 19 innings so apparently he has improved mightily.

In other awesome news, rumors flying around suggest Carlos "KMart" Martinez will be off the DL tomorrow. Remember him? In 6.2 innings with the big club this year he had a 2.70era and was flat out filthy. No word on who would be sent down or released. Maybe Randy Messenger? I would guess Todd Wellemeyer but we would have to put him on waivers and I dont think management wants to end that experiment next. Messenger has pitched very well(2.63era in 13.2ip) but he has options remaining. So either him or Logan Kensing might be the hard luck guys.

....taken straight off my site.... but crazy news nonetheless

I had heard Martinez would come of the DL
this week but I didn't know it might be that quick.
