Cishek has had trouble all season with throws to the bases, and in one game, he had a wild pitch while attempting an intentional walk with the bases loaded.
McKeon thinks the rookie may be feeling pressure fielding his position.
"I don't know," McKeon said. "It's either that, or we're going to have to move first base 25 feet up the line."

Josh Johnson (right shoulder inflammation) went on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to May 17, and he was transferred to the 60-day DL on June 14. He played catch in late May and early June and threw his first bullpen session June 17. He experienced discomfort after throwing a bullpen session June 24, and he was ordered not to throw a baseball until mid-July at the earliest. Johnson began a throwing program Aug. 3, and he threw off a mound Sept. 5. He hopes to pitch in an instructional league game before the end of the year.
Logan Morrison returned to South Florida to get an MRI on his left knee, and the soonest the Marlins left fielder is expected back in the lineup is Friday at Washington.
Buck said Sanchez’s change-up was so effective that twice during the game, plate umpire Dan Iassogna remarked, "That was nasty."
"And they were," Buck said. "The bottom was falling out of them. When he’s got that downward angle change-up, it makes it tough on righties or lefties."
Manager Jack McKeon, 80, spent the night in his office at Sun Life stadium after Tuesday's 12-inning game ended at 12:53 a.m. Wednesday. He said he got to bed at 2:30 a.m. and was up at 9:30 a.m.
"I'm generally here 9:30, 10 o'clock in the morning anyway," he said. "So I was already here."
