Nick Franklin and the Marlins need for a 2B.

Nick Franklin is blocked at 2B now with the addition of Robinson Cano at 2B and at SS (his natural position coming up) by Brad Miller now. I'm surprised we didn't try to get him involved in the deal that sent LoMo to Seattle this offseason but that's in the past. We have a logjam of major league players and prospects at a few positions, OF and pitching. Why not give them their choice of prospects like Ozuna, Marisnick, Alvarez, or Turner in an even swap of players 1 for 1.

Franklin would immediately come over and start at 2B, he proved he can play at the major league level last season. He started the season playing great but started to slump towards the middle to end of last season. He still provided 12 hr's and 45 rbi's with a 700 ops in 363 ab's at 2B with a chance of significant improvement.
