New Orleans scored three runs in the last three innings to pick up an important win in Oklahoma City. Jay Jackson pitched six plus solid innings and Chris Hatcher collected his 26th save on the season. Kyle Skipworth had a huge day at the plate, hitting a double and later a homer off of Josh Zeid in the ninth inning.

The Jupiter offense was stifled by Daytona pitcher Matt Loosen at Jackie Robinson Ballpark on Saturday night. Justin Nicolino gave up a two-run homer to Chadd Krist, but other than that he was pretty untouchable. Jupiter falls back to 45-45 with the loss.

Daniel Oliver, SP: 4.2 IP, 7 H, 5 ER, 1 BB, 2 K
Greensboro was held to only two hits by Kannapolis pitcher Michael Recchia on Saturday. Recchia, a Minor League free agent who hadn't pitched since 2011 coming into the season, has a respectable 2.38 ERA in the Sally League. With the defeat, Greensboro slips under .500 at 45-46.

Ryan Newell, SP: 6.2 IP, 7 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 6 K
Scott Carcaise, a left-handed slugger drafted in the 14th Round this year out of Florida Tech, went deep twice but it wasn't enough to get past the Valley Cats. Ryan Newell pitched six plus solid innings, but Miguel Del Pozo gave up three in relief.

Domingo German, SP: 6 IP, 6 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 4 K
David Cruz, a former Semi-Pro catcher in his second season playing for the Marlins GCL squad, hit his first home run of the season to propel the Marlins to a 6-2 victory. Domingo German, a Dominican teenager, continues to dominate in only his second year playing professional baseball in the United States.
