In order to develop team chemistry on a baseball team, is through your Director of Player Development. In five sentences or less, a team of 25 players must communicate with each other on and off the field. Communicating off the field is by walking and talking with your other teammates wife's and children, and friends having a family relationship. The other type of communication is on the field making signals, face expressions, tenacity, cheering on the other players of their successful play and creating confidence among the team with the players as a whole they can count on, plus inserting confidence within the player(s) heart and mind.

There are five things you must have: 1) yes you got to have talented players but few of them has to have experience playing professionally with each other from another team, that's important; 2) you must take care of their financial troubles and taking care of their family on their own; 3) the player contract pay must be decent; 4) they must have passion and respect and responsibility and ethical values for the game, this gives them appreciation among his team members and the rest of the league 5) they must develop a close relationship with the front office and team manager and his coaches.

This they must hold the highest integrity and respect for the game and understanding its basic knowledge of playing the game to have fun, not profit.
