Marlins Ballpark Winter Classic Concept
This is my concept for a Winter Classic game at Marlins Ballpark in Miami. Threw a lot of colors out there cause I'm guessing the Fish will want them, also placed signage and logos in both English and Spanish. It's totally possible to have this game even if it isn't a New Year's Eve type of event, maybe a Hispanic Heritage Night (we already do a Jewish Chanukah Night). The Panthers could do it for their 20th anniversary season. The Panthers may be the only southern team with the best chance to host the game due to the snowbirds that come here, the retractable roof negates any weather problems short of Cloverfield monsters, and our team might just be good enough in the future to be that big of a draw.

I don't like hockey
but I’d be a fan of this. Use the nice stadium for something this time of year.

Is the stadium able to be used for football games?
Because I’ve liked the recent trend of using baseball stadiums to host college football bowl games. I never thought of the hockey angle, but it would be a pretty cool (haha, pun) way of using the stadium in the offseason.
That would be poetic, wouldn't it?
Marlins Stadium hosting football after the Dolphins have been pretty much hosting the Fish for 19 years.
Marlins in the off-season. Get some... Free agents, that is.

Ha!
I wonder if there would be complaints about how ill suited the stadium set-up is for football?
Or, imagine, being able to be magically whisked away to... Delaware. Hi. I'm in Delaware.
I thought AT&T in SF was pretty good...
… when i went for the bowl game for the 2010 season.
Go Nevada Wolf Pack!
