Which starting rotation would you want?

ST. LOUIS, MO - MAY 5: Starter Josh Johnson #55 of the Florida Marlins pitches against the St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium on May 5, 2011 in St. Louis, Missouri. (Photo by Dilip Vishwanat/Getty Images)

Last week 241 Fish fans told us where they currently reside. Surprisingly, only 42% live in South Florida, and 56% in Florida.

The week prior 158 voted and 79% prefer to trade Gaby Sanchez over Logan Morrison.

Now the starting pitchers comparables have been made, and you've seen how the rotation stacks up, so I ask readers:

I voted for JJ-Buehrle-Anibal-Ricky-Big Z

I like the idea that JJ and Anibal are quite similar pitchers, so you throw Buehrle in between those two for some variety. Then Nolasco and Zambrano could be flopped, but no big deal.

I think Zambrano is a better pitcher than Nolasco....So, I went with your order except at the back end.

heck, I even think Zambrano has some upside, maybe, he could be better than Anibal and Buehrle…

For 2012 season: ALEX RIOS is my new TONY PENA.

Well personally

I think the rotation should consist of JJ, Buehrle, Nolasco, Zambrano, and then Sanchez. I know Sanchez is epic, he’s one of my favorites, but I think we need to keep one of the best pitchers we’ve got in the back of the rotation so we don’t look like we don’t trust Nolasco or Big Z, not to mention we want the back of the rotation to be strong still.

voted for JJ, Sanchez, Buehrle, Nolasco, Zambrano. Although I agree with most people’s votes that JJ, Buehrle, Sanchez, Nolasco, Zambrano is probably the correct one, skills-wise, I think it’s a good idea to give Sanchez that extra vote of confidence by placing him 2nd over Buehrle.
