"On Thursday, the first day of September callups, Rosario was recalled from Triple-A New Orleans, and he becomes the 14th pitcher on the roster, which now is at 26. Rosario made seven relief appearances for the Zephyrs, posting an 0-1 record with a 4.05 ERA in 6 2/3 innings. The 26-year-old from the Dominican Republic spent most of the season at Double-A Jacksonville, where he appeared in 46 games where he was 3-2 with a 4.15 ERA." Rosario wasn't quite as good, in the Minors, this year as last but given his age, 26 years-old, the Marlins need to find out if there is any hope of him being a Major League pitcher. Last season he appeared in 2 games for the Marlins and between the 2 recorded 1 inning of work while allowing 6 runs on 9 hits.
