The Marlins are seeking to end the four game losing streak and even the series in the process. Tonight's matchup will feature the same two pitchers from Monday's game.
Clay Hensley takes the hill for the Marlins. Hensley was successful in his first start for the Fish. He pitched 5 innings of 1 hit ball and didn't allow a run. Hensley will not go deep into this game. Hopefully expect 5 innings or possibly 6 at the most. But the ways things have been going lately, that could be considered deep for a Marlins starter.
Chris Capuano toes the rubber for the Mets. Capuano, on Monday, didn't pitch badly he went 7.2 innings allowing 7 hits and giving up 4 runs. The Marlins scored most of theirs runs by putting up a big inning against him. Other than that, the lefty was pretty tough.
The Marlins starting lineup:
Boni, 3B
Infante, 2B
Gaby, 1B
Ramirez, SS
Stanton, RF
LoMo, LF
Cameron, CF
Buck, C
Hensley, P
