The Marlins avoided arbitration with Anibal Sanchez and Clay Hensley just before Tuesday's deadline, agreeing with the pitchers on one-year deals.
Sanchez will make $3.7 million this season with a chance to earn an additional $50,000. Hensley's salary increased from $425,000 in 2010 to $1.4 million. He, too, can make another $50,000 in performance bonuses.
