The location and the date of the makeup game between the Marlins and the Cardinals has been set.

Cardinals rained out game on Aug. 8 will be made up on Sept. 20 at 3:10 pm at Sun Life Stadium

I still like my Jupiter at the end of season idea better.  What this amounts to is that the Marlins will lose their last off-day of the season and will end up playing 17 games straight to finish out the 162 game schedule.  Ten of the games will be at home and seven will be on the road.  By the time this all happens, the September call ups will be with the team, so it shouldn't be a problem in terms of running out of arms or position players.  However, keeping the off-day would've been nice.  But you do what you have to do.
