Clay Hensley is expected to return to the club soon.
A target date for Clay Hensley to be activated off the disabled list is July 2 at Atlanta.
On the DL since June 17 with a left neck strain, Hensley is lined up to pitch in a rehab assignment game for Class A Jupiter on Monday. If all goes well, he again will pitch for the Hammerheads on Wednesday.
When he is ready, and hopefully it will be soon, Hensley will be a welcome addition to the Marlins forlorn bullpen.
