Game Today

While it is not actually the start of spring training it is close enough for us. The Marlins have a game today. Woo Hoo!

Marlins v. Hurricanes

Game time is 3:05 p.m. in Jupiter.

The Marlins starting pitcher will be Ricky Nolasco. Ricky will pitch two innings to be followed by Ryan Tucker.

The batting order for the Fish, at least at the beginning of the game is:

Coghlan

Maybin

Ramirez

Cantu

Uggla

Ross

Baker

Gaby

and then I guess Ricky, should the order turnover that quickly.

According to post on twitter pink eye has taken hold in the John Baker family so it is possible he may miss the game. But I'm guessing if there is anyway possible, he will answer the call.

So, let's get this party started.

Now they have a bunch of guys I’ve never heard of. They’re not even on the program sheet either. A left handed pitcher named Voss looked really good. I’d like to see more of him. Tucker did not do well.
