Depending on who you read Jeffrey Loria offered his red Ferrari to any player who won some sort of MVP in the playoffs.  So Cody Ross decided he would check to see if the offer was still good.

Actually, I think it is hilarious that Cody called Loria to check on the offer.  There is no way he thought Loria would give him the car, but hey, you never know until you ask.  Something gives me the idea that if I ever met Cody, I'd love his sense of humor.
