I have no idea whether the Mermaids and Billy will be there, but really that doesn't matter. From my understanding, Duffy's is a great place to watch a game and you will be among others who only want the best for some of our fan favorites.

Mute Joe Buck & Tim McCarver
I hate watching games of any importance at sports bars. They have their own imperatives for what they do, and it usually does not include me enjoying a baseball game. Besides, if they turn up the sound at all (which is rare) it’s Joe Buck and Tim McCarver and I could do without their drivel, thank you very much.
I have discovered a method of delaying the radio sound so that it synchronizes with the television picture in today’s age of digital transmission. Jon Miller calling the game on ESPN radio with the pictures unfolding on my TV screen. Life is sweet again.

p.s. If there is ANY other sport on during even the World Series, Duffy’s usually favors that, even exhibition NHL games. If it’s Monday Night Football, then that will be the ONLY game on all screens in the place. Bummer.
