The Marlins are on a very quick three-game road trip to New York to take on the Mets.

Rick VandenHurk takes the hill of the Marlins.  VandenHurk last start was about normal for Hurk, he went five innings gave up only 2 ER, struck out a few and walked a few.  The main thing for the Incredible Hurk is to keep the ball in the park.

Tim Redding is the starter for the Mets.  This will be his third start and his first at home since rejoing the rotation.  The Marlins faced on Aug. 27 where he went 6.2 innings giving up 3 ER, 5 hits, 2 walks and striking out 5.  So at least the Marlins have seen him recently and should know what to expect.

Ichthyomancy is ready.

Best of Luck to You!

I'm enjoying the "Let's go Marlins" chant...

Although when mets fans do that to us at LSS, there’s usually more than one of them yelling.
