Fish Wrap - Marlins 4 Nationals 5

This road trip is sure off to one crappy start.  I didn't see last night's game, which may be fortunate for me.

GameFish has the recap:

Well THIS is embarrassing.

Try it again tomorrow.

glad they sent down brett carroll.

Because if you’re going to rest an outfielder, it’s better to guarantee an 0-4 when Boner fills in rather than taking a risk on a guy who can hit.

Now that the team has taken a break from forcing Boner down our throats (heh) at 3B, now they’ll just do it at the “super-utility” position. Can’t hit a lick, but he’s valuable! He can play anywhere!

I think sending Brett was the biggest mistake.

He is clearly better then Hermida at the plate and plays a crap load better at defense. So why is Herm up instead of BC? Another classic example of Freddy’s bad managing.
